With the constant pressure of rising costs, shrinking margins, supply chain disruptions, and growing customer expectations, it's crucial for businesses to maximize the value of their resources and assets while simultaneously exceeding customer demands. Like juggling knives, it’s intimidating and the wrong move can be painful. This means businesses have to step out of their comfort zone and evolve if they want to succeed.
We partner with businesses that have underutilized real estate, such as large roofs, parking lots, or storage yards, and build structures that provide cover in parking lots or storage yards and additional protection to the roofs of existing buildings. These structures are tailored to seamlessly blend in with the existing facilities at each site and improve visibility without interfering with existing routines and access. We build the roofs using solar panels, which generate electricity that we then sell. In locations that include our integrated EV chargers, those units consume some of the power we generate onsite as well.
